Project
The project includes a shopping centre with a total area of 28.000 m2 and three residential towers over 20 floors each, which will also include a hotel. Of the three buildings of 28 floors that make up this project, two buildings are for housing and the third for office space, making up a total area of 128.000 square meters and 106 meters in height. Luanda Towers will also have an underground car park.
Consortium
The contract for the construction of this mega real estate venture, known as Club Vista – Luanda Towers, was the responsibility of a consortium led by Soares da Costa. The biggest Portuguese construction company Mota-Engil is part of the consortium that won the tender to build the Vista Club – Luanda Towers.
