All services provided by Lacoviana may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material under any country, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we deem to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and defend Lacoviana from any claims resulting from the use of the service that harms the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibitions

Sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be harmful to Lacoviana’s servers, or any other server on the Internet.

Server abuse

Any attempt to harm or cause damage to a Lacoviana server or client is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. If you violate the Terms of Use outlined within, your account will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Lacoviana shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from Lacoviana’s server. Furthermore, Lacoviana shall not be liable for any alleged damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from the corruption, or deletion of any website from Lacoviana’s server.

Violation

Any violation of Use under these policies should be reported to lacoviana( at )lacoviana.pt . All reports will be investigated promptly.

Lacoviana reserves the right to change any or all of the above policies and guidelines without notice. It also retains the right to increase prices and make changes to our account plans without prior notice.
